When you submit the contact form, we store your name, email address and the content of your message. We use this data only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on a project. Please do not send sensitive personal data via the form.

The basis for processing is to be able to respond to enquiries and to enter into or carry out an agreement for work. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the service (for example our provider of form and hosting services).

Retention period

We keep enquiries for as long as necessary to follow up the matter, and delete them when they no longer serve a purpose. Data relating to an actual customer relationship may be kept for as long as accounting and bookkeeping rules require.
